Featuring a white rear encapsulate for a maximum output power of 440W and efficiency reaching 22%, the <em>n</em> type dual-glass module comes with a lightweight, small form factor design that can flexibly accommodate the requirements of residential as well as commercial and industrial (“C&I”) rooftop usage scenarios.</p>

In mid-February, the first 210mm <em>n</em>-type monocrystalline ingot rolled off the production line at Trina Solar’s Qinghai Factory in northwestern China, marking significant progress in the factory’s Phase I. The factory aims to be the first zero-carbon park in Qinghai.</p>

As 2022 drew to a close, Trina Solar’s 210mm n-type i-TOPCon cells rolled off the production line in its 8GW factory in Suqian, Jiangsu province. These n-type cells will be used to produce the new generation Vertex N modules, with power output up to 605W and efficiency reaching 22.4%. Full-scale production will guarantee delivery while improving all-round competitiveness and creating greater value for customers.</p>

In a panel discussion at the conference, which was held from November 29 to 30, Gao talked of n-type technology trend, the high value of 210 mm n-type i-TOPCon solar cells and modules, the value of the industry chain and ecology, and the ways in which Chinese PV manufacturers can remain competitive.</p>
