Cumulative shipments of 210mm modules reached 150GW by the end of June, with Trina Solar accounting for half of that, the global market intelligence provider TrendForce says.</p>

Particularly, the utility-scale battery system Trina Storage Elementa adopting TrinaCell is in the spotlight. </p>

Trina Solar has begun to supply Vertex N 700W+ series modules to the 560MW PV power station in Xinghai County, Qinghai province. The power station is expected to be commissioned by the end of this year, with average annual energy yield of about 1.077 billion kWh.</p>

The factory will have annual production capacity of 2.5GW and will increase TrinaTracker’s global production capacity to 10GW, to meet the company’s growing business needs.</p>

Trina Solar, a leading global PV and smart energy total solution provider, announced its mass production of Vertex N 700W+ series modules, with module efficiency reaching 22.5% on August 18. It marks Trina Solar is the first module maker to mass produce TOPCon modules with power exceeding 700W. According to Trina Solar, the industrialization capability of 210mm <em>n-</em>type modules will be comprehensively improved, and Vertex N modules will be continuously upgraded with 10-15W increase in power output in 2024.</p>
