Trina Solar, a leading global PV, and smart energy total solution provider,&nbsp;is pleased to announce its successful delivery of 800MW of 210mm Vertex modules to&nbsp;<strong>China Machinery Engineering Corporation&nbsp;</strong>(CMEC) for the prestigious&nbsp;<strong>Al Dhafra PV Power Plant</strong>&nbsp;project. The 2GW Al Dhafra solar PV plant, located in Abu Dhabi, is set to become one of the largest single-site solar power plants worldwide. The plant was connected to the grid in April.</p>

Trina Solar awarded first Zero Carbon Factory Certificate in the PV industry

Industry experts from BloombergNEF, Trina Solar, PV power station developers, EPC firms, and design institutes discussed the trends and applications of cutting-edge PV technology in a panel discussion titled “210mm n-type technology outlook”. They agreed that the 210mm n-type solution that fulfills customers' scenario-based needs and adheres to the "LCOE-oriented principle" will propel the industry into a new age of high-efficiency n-type modules. It is estimated that LCOE of a power plant using Trina Solar’s Vertex N modules is down by 2.97%.</p>

Accumulative shipments of Trina Solar’s modules totaled 140GW
